All I can say is Wow
Out of the box this was a big hit and very easy to use. Being in an apartment I thought it would be smoker but the unit at max smoke didn’t smoke up the apartment. Cooked beef ribs and they came out on point.

This works great! I do wish the probe was thinner and the temp went a little higher but otherwise it works as advertised.

Great product indoor smoker
Love it, very easy to used and smoke indoors. I’ve made wings, a brisket and smoked some pork tenderloins so far and no complaints from the family
