Would not repurchase - White Stains
The coffee tastes good, but I probably would not buy this coffee maker again as there are a few things I do not love about it. First, the water tank is not removable, so is less convenient to fill than our previous machine. Second, we purchased the white machine, and coffee has already stained the carafe and "plate edges" where the carafe sits. Lastly, we often are brewing 10 cups in the morning following the instructions noted with the included scooper. When you do so, the grounds touch the top area where the water comes out and are getting into the percolating holes so I am constantly wiping it after each use.

Not worth the money!!
Product did not last for the money we spent on it!! Thought Cafe was supposed to be high end products. Cheaper coffee pots last longer than Cafe. VERY disappointed! Way too expensive for coffee pot not to last. Most coffee pots last for years. I’ve spent several days calling only to be told more then once I will receive an email on how to trouble shoot my problem. Was told once that i would receive a new coffee pot, but never received email on that either. Cafe is over rated!

Stopped working after 2 years. For the price of this machine, go with a tried and true luxury brand.

My machine stopped brewing after less than 6months
This is my second Cafe Specialty Drip Coffee machine. The first one stopped brewing 11 months after we bought it. The second one is only 5 months old, and I have the same issue. The machine is on, the light is on, and there’s a click when I hit the brew button, but then nothing. It just sits there. This was not a cheap coffee machine by any means, and I absolutely love is, when working correctly. But I am so frustrated with having the same issue and no solution to it since our warranty is over. Please help a tired mom get her daily coffee!
