Hole after one wash

I have the bluish green and the blackish gray and the blackish gray got a hole after one wash on delicate. Bloomingdales would not accept it for exchange. I requested to have it sewn in alterations and they obliged. Really surprised at the poor quality and new policy. I really like the cut of the piece and the way it drapes on the body however the quality is certainly up for question. Often times companies (in this case free people) choose lower quality price point suppliers for black materials and in this case it showed. Left Bloomingdales feeling disappointed in the way things were handled. As a lifelong loyal customer I am sad to say I will be taking my future business to Nordstrom. I will say the salespeople were kind, it is not their fault, it is clearly Bloomingdales cutting corners because they are suffering. I was going to spend hundreds there today and they lost my business over $58. I feel sad and wanted to write this review so they know.
