Bad quality

I have had the watch for 5 months and all of a sudden the bracelet on one side wasn’t even. I sent it to get fixed at the company since Bloomingdale’s doesn’t take responsibility for bad quality products, in which they have wanted $85 to get it fixed. Insane!!! Don’t buy.

This is a beautiful watch and is just the right color gold to go with my gold bracelets. Easy to put on and take off which is important for older seniors. Definitely recommend.
