Came with dead battery

I have this watch in black also. Love it and the silver. However it took me quite awhile to set up until I changed out battery. The battery it came with was dead.

Love this watch!

I have super small wrists (just shy of 6 inches around) and so have -forever now- been looking for a hybrid or smart watch that wouldn't seem overwhelming on my wrist. This watch is a little "thick" but otherwise, it's the perfect size. I also didn't want a bunch of bells and whistles. I work at a hospital and basically wanted a step counter that looked nice/pretty and could do a few more things without being too distracting. It does count steps well - I wore this and my Garmin running watch and went for a walk. At the end, they were only about 10 steps different. I like that I can make sure to only get notifications from the people I choose and I love that I can "count" goals. You set your own goal, like drinking five glasses of water, and then press one of the watch buttons for each glass you drink. That's pretty nifty! I really love this watch. I hope Fossil makes more hybrid/smart watches in these smaller sizes!!!

Sooo beautiful in pink!

I bought this watch bc I was looking for something that was classy, but would still give me notifications silently. I like that you can pick levels of vibration. I got this to use instead of my Fitbit that constantly buzzed at me and needed to be charged every 3 days. Fossil employees helped me a lot in store. I will buy fossil again! Maybe a regular watch and a Smartwatch someday.

Fun watch, Very Large Face

Love this watch! I am a big girl, but the face of this watch is huge. I am not complaining, just be aware if you are a tiny person.

Many of my watches have failed. Warranty repair not honored.

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on my recent purchase of two Fossil Hybrid watches. Regrettably, the purchases were very recent (just this month), and I do not have confidence that these watches will survive the two year warranty period: or that Fossil will stand behind their warrantee guarantee. Over the years, I have bought more than seven Fossil watches and all but one has failed. In fact, the prior two that I bought in December 2018 failed and only one was repaired under the Fossil warranty. The back of the other watch that my wife wore just came loose. I am still within the warranty period and I contacted the company but was told that it is not covered under the warranty. I like the features of Fossil watches but I hope you understand why I have no confidence in the product reliability or the company's two year warranty promise.
