Having less-than-normal and healthy feet , I find there are only about two brands of shoes now that I can currently wear - and one is FitFlops. Fitflops are clunky but supremely comfortable. However, in my work right now I cannot sacrifice an on-trend appearance - and surely cannot wear my beloved Fitflop sandals in the winter! Therefore, I was THRILLED to find these combat boots! They do have the Fitflop sole - and thus do look a little clunkier than a fashion combat boot that would have a separated heel and sole - but the comfort of the genuine leather and the Microwobbleboard sole far outpaces any miniscule quirks of fashion consideration. Although I usually wear a 10 in Fitflop sandals, I sized up to an 11 in this boot, and absolutely needed the extra room for my toes and a bit of a sock. A narrower foot may be able to wear her regulular size; ergo I think this boot runs relatively TTS. The surprise was the leather - soft and pliable, but sturdy. Zippers work, lacing can be adjusted. My favorite with rolled faded jeans, but looks edgy and cool with my black straight maxi skirt and an oversized sweater. Really, I am quite pleased with this purchase!

Comfortable and cute
These boots are exactly what I wanted for long hours on my feet. Love that they are water resistant too! Perfect for walking in the city. I usually wear an 8 wide and got these in a size 8.

Comfort right out of the box!
If you need a little spring in your step and a little more Cush underfoot.. give these boots a try. Perfect for Hoka lovers but geared to weather with some height for snow and slush. these boots are easy off and on with a side zipper and adjustable across the arch with their lace up feature. Breathable leather uppers so you can wear them every day with no odor buildup. đź‘Ť

Order down a size if you want these
I own many pairs of fitflop flip flops and boots and wanted to love these but the sizing was off. I do vary between a 9.5 and a 10 and got the 10 but could probably have gone down to a 9, or maybe even an 8.5 they fitted like wellingtons. The ankle opening was correct but there was over an inch of space at the toe that because the ankle fitted, even with thick socks would have made them rub and cause blisters.
