Something is not right with the cut of this dress.

The dress is high quality, however, it was tight in the waist/hips (not too bad), and too large in the bust area. I am pretty proportional and never have to do any alterations, so this was a surprise. I am 36C/D, how large you have to be to fit right? Something is not right with the cut of this dress. The alterations are not easy to do because of the cut of this dress. So I returned.
