They get lost

I’ve had these knives for over 17 years, they just get lost overtime (not sure where they go) but when it was time to get more knives, I did not even think about it, I just ordered them! Great steak knives very reasonably priced!

Hold up for decades of daily use (and abuse)

Simply a superior product. I've used Henckels Steak Knives for decades - on a daily basis - for everything except steak. My decades-old serrated knives are still good - even though I abuse them by opening plastic bags, cardboard boxes, and all manner of things for which not intended. They fit my hand to a T - easy to hold when using. No corrosion, even after a lifetime of cleaning with Chore Boy and dishwasher. I just bought a new set on sale - to put away in case I become too hard on my old ones.
