Lovely but impossible to use

I received this as a free gift I miss placed it, but found it. I thought it had a inner protection seal. Couldn't get the top off. Couldn't squeeze hard enough to get product out. I have a little arthritis starting in my hands. It was very hard. I managed to get a tiny bit out. Only need a small amount. Just impossible to squeeze. Im undecided if worth the hassle. Even though I like the way it feels. Ughhh

Love this!

I got this originally as a sample and fell in love with it! You only need a little bit, maybe even a tad smaller than pea size and you get such a creamy, sudsy and rich facial wash. The scent is light and soft. I feel like it does a great job cleaning my face and doesn't leave it feeling tight.

formula change

I’ve been using the soft clean for years. When I received my recent tube, I had the hardest time getting it to come out. It literally took both hands. Something else is the burning sensation after washing my face. If someone else is experiencing the same, I hope they would leave a comment. I might be looking for a new cleanser.

Redesign the tube

It so hard to squeeze need to use both of my hand to squeeze. I don’t like it at all.

lather it up

I always look forward to using my Estee Lauder Soft Clean face wash. It is pretty thick coming out of the tube, especially in winter, but once you disperse it on your face, it lathers up nice and creamy. Moisturizing and clean feeling at the same time. I'm 55 and this is my current favorite cleanser.
