Which one sounds most like you? Cool (C) undertones: Bare skin has a rosy tone and burns easily in the sun. Neutral (N) undertones: Bare skin is more even toned, not too pink or golden. Warm (W) undertones: Bare skin has a golden or olive tone and tans easily in the sun.

Shade is way off now! Too dark

I've been a loyal customer for many many years, I loved this product until recently when I ordered my usual Rattan color (powder). The color was way darker than what it was supposed to be. I returned to the store and ordered a new one, thinking it was a mistake. I just received the new one and it's also very dark. I will be returning that one also and unfortunately I am actively looking for a different brand.

Shade Change - too dark now

I've been using the same shade for years, the color is now much darker. Not sure what has changed with Estee Lauder's formula but I will be returning it.

Changed Formulation

Loyal DW liquid and powder foundation user for years. I've been very pleased with the products until recently. The powder foundation wasn't glued to the frame so when I opened it, it fell to the tile floor and made a huge mess when it broke apart. I then purchased another from a local department store and that one was also unglued. Because I was aware of the problem I was able to avoid the same outcome. The powder is incredibly dusty not substantial as in the past. The color is much darker than my usual shade also. I'm sadly returning this one. I don't mind paying for premium cosmetics when I've found a quality product that delivers great results. The price has increased while the quality has decreased which is not a good combination. Change for the sake of change alone is not a winning strategy. EL must get this quality control issue addressed quickly b4 customers flee to another brand.

Estee is the best powder make up in the industry!

This product always represents!! The best powder. I just bought the wrong color. I need to go few shades down. The one I hit had too much orange. I’ll need to get matched. I like a little color. I was surprised the one I found still new matched just right

Don’t buy this. They changed it.

I have used this product for years. I purchased two of the Dusk in September and just opened one. It is SO dark. I can’t wear it. Trust the others who have posted the colors have changed. Save your money.
