  • How To Use It

    - Refill: To insert the refill into your existing Double Wear Matte Powder Foundation compact, remove the used powder by lifting the blue base to get underneath. Press the base of the powder with both thumbs until it pops out. Insert the new refill. Snap into place.
    - Product: Customize your coverage with the included two-sided applicator. Use the sponge side for medium to full coverage all over face. Use the velvety side for softer coverage or targeted areas.

Why change products people love????

I am not reading this product. I am just simply stating my feelings . I have used Estee Lauder double wear face makeup and powder for more years than I can remember. No matter what, I always knew what to expect from this makeup. I don’t understand why companies make changes to products that so many people live and use. We are always told that products are improved upon blah blah blah. This makes me so sick to my stomach because now at 57 years old I’m going to have to find a new brand of makeup to use. The amount of time and money alone that it’s going to cost to try to find another face makeup that worked so well for me is so unsettling. It’s just so disheartening after all these years, that Estée Lauder would do this to the customers that have remained faithful for many many years.

I have a few age spots on my face. I first apply Estée Lauder.liquid double wear. This product covers & blends better than any other product I’ve tried. It applies easily. It lasts all day, even if I sweat on a hot day. This is the only product that I have been using for the last few years. I highly recommend.

Make up is the worst ever

This new make double wear is the worst very runny and sticky feeling on my face will not blend in like the old stuff should never change a good product it’s not worth the money won’t be buying this again till they change it back by the looks of it I’m not the only one that’s not happy….i would never recommend this to anyone

PLEASE bring back the original formula!

I have used this for years and loved it! It was wonderful whether I was wearing it over your foundation or by itself. I used 2N1 in the winter and 3N1 in the summer. Then last year you changed the formula! WHY??!! If it's not broke, don't fix it! The colors are off, it doesn't go on smooth and is streaky. I can't get it to fully cover my face. I will be looking for a new product from a different company to replace your new and updated (and awful!) product. Very disappointed.

Pebble color issue

What happened to the color Pebble??? I have been using the color pebble for 10 years and could always count on this powder foundation to be consistent! I opened the new compact yesterday and it was so dark! I contacted customer service last night as I am outside my return window. They said someone would contact me today but so far that did not happen. I am very disappointed as I am a loyal customer. Will someone please help?

color change

Have always used 2W2 pressed powder. My latest refill, what happened? The color is dark and has orange undertones and very different from the remainder of my old compact. Very upset as this isn't a cheap product. Now looking for a new line of makeup.

Disappointed

I have been using Estée-Lauder for over 15 yrs, and have loved their double wear powder. I'm not sure why they changed the colors, now the shade I used for years is so Dark! It's so disappointing to see the majority of customers having the same issue, and yet, nothing is being done to fix this. I guess they want to continue to loose costumers.
