Love it!
This is a great cleansing balm. I have used a similar product from a direct competitor, and this is much lighter in a good way. My skin felt very soft after using. As a bonus- it smells great too!

BURNS BURNS BURNS
I was so excited to try my new products, especially this gel-creme. After a few days of use, first I started to experience itchy eyes.At first, I thought it was due to seasonal allergies. However, the itching progressed to burning on the outside. I was on vacation and fortunately my eye doctor called in a prescription for antibiotic eye drops. I continued however using the product becuase I had no idea it was causing my issues. When we got back from vacation, I was still having the symptoms and went to the eye doctor. They tried a different prescription. A few nights later I was awakened feeling like the skin around my eyes was on fire. I had used the gel that night before bed as I have been since I got it. That morning, my left eye was swollen, I had a like a welt-like area in the corner of my left eye, both eyes under the eyes were fiery red, and they burned to the touch. In that moment, I realized that the only thing different I had been doing was using this product! I stopped using it.Later than day, my skin started to wrinkle up under my eye and the skin looked scaly. As the days progressed, I had to deal with ugly scaling scabs under my eyes which made work very difficult as I am on virtual meetings daily. It's now a week later, and my skin is still peeling, and occassionally buring in the more burned areas. I'm very disappointed after reading these reviews that the salesperson did not alert me to the possibilities of being burned, instead was more in sales mode. It's very unfortunate, as I do love the EL moisturizers and night serum. Two presriptions later, a doctor's visit later, and burned skin later....I'm not a happy camper at all!

Estée Lauder Super charged gel cream
After using Estée Lauder for 21 years, I have to say the new eye cream is absolutely horrible. It made my eyelids red and inflamed and felt like a chemical burn. . I received mine with the gift with purchase in November, and i had no idea Estée had changed the eye cream. The new ingredients are too strong and from all of the remarks on here, I see I am not the only one with the same reaction. You are going to lose a lot of good customers with this new and improved eye cream, including me !

Didn't work for me
I used this for about a week and a half with no issues, and then suddenly I woke up with my eyes extremely red, dry and peeling like crazy. This went on for several days. I had to treat them with vitamin E oil to get my skin back on track. Since switching to Advanced Night Repair, I haven't had any problems so far!
