Terrible quality

Emporio Armani quality has degraded. Wore once, noticed pilling on arms. Thought it picked up lint and removed the pills. Wore it two more times and then noticed that the material was degrading. Felt like cobwebs. Final wear was it. Brought it to the dry cleaners with intent on bringing to Bloomingdales to discuss the issues. Essentially Armani representative claimed they had no issues and spoke with manager before I even picked it up from the dry cleaners. My normal sales person said they wouldn't do a thing. To pay $1000 and only get five wears out of a blazer is a disgrace. Customer Services is in the tank and my business as a black card holder is over now. I returned everything I bought a week ago as a result of this experience. Bloomingdale's has joined the ranks of Saks with terrible product quality and failure to stand by their brand reputation.
