It’s lasted for three years

I have honestly truthfully had the mug for three years now haven’t had a problem. I love the mug I look forward to drinking coffee every morning because it stays heated for an extensive period of time before having to put it back on the base. It’s worth the price it’s lasted for three years

Great cup! Bad Charger design

Mug is good but whoever is responsible for their charger design should be fired. They decided to use these little spring loaded pen tips to make the connection and it was a huge miss by all involved.

Wonderful, hot coffee, every sip!

My husband loves this mug! I keeps his coffee hot for about 1.5 hours. He sips. I made a brief video to show you the process of transferring your coffee from a mug, my only complaint, but it won’t let me post it . its t’s just an extra step and a little messy. This copper color is the best! It does keep it hot! My ordinary coffee cup gets cold after 10 minutes. I got I on a Black Friday sale and it is worth it. Do get the 12 OUNCE, as the smaller cup wouldn’t hold enough coffee! Cheers!

BEST COFFEE CUP EVER!

I’ve had mine for a year. It has TOTALLY changed my coffee experience. Being able to have it stay the perfect temp while I read in the morning is awesome. The only issue I had was one of the pins stayed retracted on the charging plate after a year but the company replaced it with no issues. I take it with me anytime I travel!

waste of money

The cup itself is nice. The battery life is garbage, and the bluetooth is HOT garbage. I have to set it up every time I want to use it. So not worth the money.

Inherent Defect

This is a very expensive product that should respond. Unfortunately, it does not. The concerns regarding the connectivity issues are real. Bluetooth connectivity is hit or miss. No telling when product will, or will not work.
