Quality not up to Bloomingdales standards

Disappointed in the design and quality of the top. I thought that the top would be mesh in a small area of the top. In reality it is a very large part and makes it difficult to wear any undergarment. The material is also very thin. This is very rare for me to be returning an item due to quality.
