Cute style, weird fit

This dress was cute on hanger made of beautiful high quality silk fabric. But, it had the most awkward fit. It was very narrow and tight (hard to even get on) but the neckline plunged all the way to my navel. The sleeves were also too long on my petite frame but the width of the dress barely fit me and I'm very thin. I can only imagine that the only person that this dress could flatter would be a tall girl who is painfully thin. But, then it might be a tad short bc length was fine on me.
