Security tag
Dress is beautifully made. Unfortunately it arrived with the security tag in tact, couldn't wear it. I called customer service, the response was ill call you back when the UPS website is up and running, still waiting. U made the hour trip to the store to return.

Bloomingdale's is a abject disgrace. I ordered 2 dresses from you, verified my identity for those purchases. You only shipped one dress while debiting my charge card for two. Your shipment was delayed even with paying expedited shipping. Only last night when I called for a refund on shipping fees was I told that the order was returned to your store without any notification to me, or reason. Disgraceful service.
