Very pretty color, but strange fabric

This was a really weird fabric. It almost looked like wetsuit material. The bottom of it was just a straight cut. No hem, just a raw edge. It is very comfortable though. The color is so pretty and bold. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it was too big in the hips. I ordered a size 4. I am 5'7" and 122 pounds.

Too bad

Loved the dress fit and color, but the material was not very forgiving and showed every bump and bulge. It may have been better if it was fully lined. Unfortunately I had to return it.
