Received half full

I love the balm, however mine was half full. I’ve emailed the company three times asking if this is normal , however , I’ve gotten no response from all three emails . Very disappointed

Amazing cleansing balm

The cleansing bomb works so well at removing a full face of make up. My skin felt so soft and there was barely any make up left on my face by the time I begin to use face wash. When I was gifted by Elemis with this cleansing bomb I was not sure how it would do, it has been one of the best cleansing balms I’ve ever used. Complimentary from elemis

Excellent product

I originally began using the regular cleansing balm and loved the performance of the product but wasn’t in love with the scent. This cream easily and gently lifts all makeups off your skin, including mascara so you don’t have to pull at the delicate skin around your eyes. It rinses like a dream leaving your skin so soft (not greasy) and ever so lightly and delightfully rose scented. These products are not cheap but they are worth it. Highly recommend this product

Loved it at first but....

I found the longer I used the product the more irritated my face became until after 3 months I broke out in hives. The fragrence is very strong; maybe I had a reaction to that ingrediant. I have never had a problem with any Elemis product. Will not be using this any longer

Sensitive Skin Beware

I have very sensitive skin and it took a great facial professional to find the right products for my skin type. One of those products was the regular cleansing balm. When they were offering a three pack as a gift I was excited to try it. The smell is WONDERFUL but it also has sent in it that makes my skin irritated. Have tried it twice now and got another free gift with it in there, may have to give that away.

I'm happy.

I fell in love with this product when I first used a small tube that the store gave me. Cleanses the skin very gently. It does not tighten the skin. The skin of the face becomes cleansed and moisturized at the same time. I like to clean my skin with this product before applying makeup. I will buy

Beware poor packaging and no lid closure

I purchased this in the summer so when it arrived it arrived completely liquid, spilling all over other products. It had no security top and was just open, like it had been opened by someone. Most of my other Elemis products have a little security top inside the lid to prevent spills and for hygiene purposes. Beware buying this in the summer. It will be spilled everywhere and Elemis will refuse to replace it.
