    This hydrating cleansing balm transforms through three indulgent textures: melting from a rich balm into a silky makeup-removing oil before transforming into a hydrating milk when activated with water. It effortlessly dissolves even long-wear makeup while nourishing and softening the skin. Powered by a blend of starflower oil, which deeply nourishes, and Padina pavonica, a marine algae known for its intense hydration, this balm strengthens the skin barrier for 24-hour moisture and protection. Rose and mimosa waxes add a touch of indulgence, leaving skin feeling smooth, supple and radiant. This cleansing balm not only removes makeup but also provides a sensory spa-like experience at home.

    Warm in the palms and then massage over the face, neck and décolleté with light circular massage movements. Moisten fingertips and continue to massage. Gently wipe away with a warm, damp cotton cleansing cloth. For maximum absorption and deep cleansing, enjoy while in a warm bath. Balm may melt when warm but resets perfectly when cooled. Avoid contact with eyes.

PERFECTION
