Love it!!!Makes life so much easier!
I am in love with my new vacuum and actually like to vacuum now! Very versatile! No cord to deal with, good suction, great attachments and can even wet mop my wood floors or work as a dust buster! No bags to keep stocked and easy ejection emptying into trash bin.

Great product
Another very efficient Dyson product that does everything it says on the tin. Powerful suction for carpets, love the light to show dust/dirt on hard floors and easy switch between wet and dry attachments. So far so good - really enjoying my V15.

Very good - with room from improvements
I really like my Dyson! It’s powerful, efficient, and quick to recharge. I do wish there were a better way to empty the container, though. I have long hair, and dirt and hair often get stuck further up inside the bin, so I have to use my hands to clean it out. Apart from that, it’s amazing!

Probably still a little bleeding edge to be great
I bought this about 3-6 months ago. The mop is ok, but very fiddley to assemble, full and empty and there seem to be no diagrams online to how to reassemble. Also not clear on options to use any floor cleaning products. The head on the vacuum struggles with our cow skin rug, we have hardwood floors on which is ok, but feels a little of a step backwards from our previous dyson.

Disappointed
Disappointed. I find difficulty in detaching the bin section from the pipe due to the location of the red connection being to close. This machine is really quite heavy therefore i wouldnt recommend it for cleaning higher/difficult areas. This Dyson takes quite a time to charge. Also the bin does not empty fully as you have to use your hands to release dirt. It does have good suction when it works as it often stops rolling on carpets. The cleaning section is not great either as it only wipes the floor and leaves a streak of dirty water, my old traditional mop does a better job. therefore sadly im unable to recommend this item.

Great Vacuum but the submarine head leaves streaks
The vacuum is amazing, easy to use. I love the green light to show dirt and dust, that is a huge bonus. I am disappointed with the streaking left by the mop though. I probably wouldn’t get another one unless I knew that that was fixed. Thankfully our floors are darker so unless you’re really looking, you wouldn’t be able to see it.
