This is my 4th Dyson fan or air purifier purchase... my 3rd hot/cool/purify system. I couldn't be more pleased. The NY winters are COLD! I have one in my living room and one in my bedroom. We set the temperature and the rooms stay comfortable all day long. There's no sound as the unit runs. The additional cost to our utilities is minimal. Heading into spring the filtration helps reduce allergens and keeps dust to a minimum. My Dysons are worth every penny!!

Good - very pleased
Have just a month and very pleased overall. Purification works well and quickly. Heating when needed is very effective. I find the app unintuitive but it works all the same. Love the way you can adjust the position/rotation exactly to where you want it. Good quality, strong airflow and quiet enough. Would rate 4.5

Dyson has disabled WiFi heating
I bought this heater specifically for the WiFi capabilities, but Dyson has decided that you cannot control the temperature of the heater from wifi. It's my understanding the feature works in other countries, just not the US. Dyson, if you are listening, please rethink this decision.

For this reason, heating and temperature control are not available in the MyDyson™ app. Please use your machine’s remote control instead. Amazing service
I’m Dyson’s fans. This is my 3rd Dyson’s product. So far no issues of their quality. However, I bought this two months ago and it has to be sending to repair. But, I can’t complain about how amazing customer and repair team service. Prompt response by email and phone, also quick arrangements to collect the purifier for repair. As under the warranty, so I’ve a replacement that they cannot repair it. Happy to have my Dyson back. It’s so fast to warmup the room and purify the air. Satisfied!

The HP1 model is designed to heat and cool, while automatically removing allergens and pollutants from the air. It also uses a sealed HEPA and activated carbon filtration system, so you can enjoy cleaner air all year round.
Slow / barely working remote
The remote is slow and barely works. For a 500 dollar a fan (almost a tv price) you would think the remote would work well. Rest of the fan works fine. They don’t tell you but the app doesn’t have full functionality due to regulations.

Great Service
This was a replacement for an older model that could not be repaired. It is just as fabulous as the old one, which sometimes is not the case. Your service is also brillant!

Typical Excellent Dyson Fan
We have enjoyed our Dyson TP7C Purifier Cool so much, that we decided to add this Purifier Hot + Cool. It's very good, and does what it says it will, though I had a little bit of difficulty with getting enough heat, but I seem to have conquered that, and now my office is warm, in that excellent way that Dyson fans deliver. I find the remote control to be of lesser quality than the one we received with our Purifier cool. The interface on the Hot+Cool app is not as pleasant as the Cool, but it does provide a lot of information, and I like that very much. For certain, Dyson fans are absolutely fantastic with low noise - just the most subtle whoosh. Love that. Overall, we are pleased with this purchase and would buy it again.
