Top of the Line

Very nice fit and finish. Excellent app technology; being able to see air quality and manage the device remotely is great. This is a premium product and works exceptionally well. I have an original Gen 1 as well, and it is also very good. I have had the Gen 1 for 3 years, and it has been flawless, so I expect the same from this new one. The airflow is slightly less on the PC1 but still good. I don't know if it is just placebo, but when I sit in front of this during allergy flares, it is magical. Seems to calm my allergies a bit. Overall, this is a beautiful, state-of-the-art machine that is extremely high quality and works exceptionally well.

Disappointed in the reality vs expectation

I returned it after a couple weeks. The marketing materials show these wonderful blue waves of air flowing through the room when in reality, you can barely feel any air on the highest setting. All those commercials about the powerful dyson motors yet the air practically leaks out of this fan, it does not blow out.

Possible return

Bought this product around a month ago and i feel i may return it due to it not really keeping my home cool. The air purifier is nice and the 350 degree rotation is nice but at level 10 rotating 350 degrees all day and i walk into a stuffy home at 11pm with one other tower fan and a ceiling fan running.
