Nice upgrade, not necessary though

I decided to upgrade from my last airwrap that I got a few years ago, I really liked the pretty color and I was intrigued by the bluetooth/ID features. Pros, I love the ID features where it saves your settings, I don't even have to count or think about moving the buttons to cool shot. I also really like the new attachments of the cone barrel & the larger round brush. Cons, a couple of the attachments like the round brush and the smoothing don't snap on and stay on like my old airwrap did. I do miss having the smaller round brush attachment for my bangs especially when they're freshly cut, they don't wrap around the bigger round attachment at all.

Disappointed

I am disappointed with the Dyson iwrap. I have tried several of the different the techniques and settings, but it does not hold the style or curls in my hair. I naturally have silky smooth hair.

I purchased it a little under a month ago. I have used it like 3/4 times but for some reason it struggles to wrap my hair, i’ve tried it with 80% dry hair, fully dry and wet hair. And I don’t know weather it’s my hair type but the curls drop within 5 minutes unfortunately but I’ll still continue using it maybe I just need to practice.

Excellent but expensive

Brilliant piece of kit. No needed to change attachments for left and right curl it now does it with a switch of a button on top of barrel. Bluetooth to phone to set dry time and cool shot no more pushing and holding cool sit switch ideal for people with arthritic hands. On the expensive side.

Love the Dyson, disappointed wits attachment

Love my Dyson airwrap id. My only problem is that there is talk of a new attachment coming out that will not fit on my current airwrap. Bit disappointing to have wanted an airwrap for so many years to finally afford one and then have the new attachment not available for this airwrap. Apart from that, my curls last all day and the smoothening brush takes 10 mins for my hair to go from wet to fairly straight and smooth.
