I was expecting a lot more from this flat iron since it’s a Dyson product and it is expensive. I was very excited to get this since it is cordless, which sounds like a huge plus, however, it was very heavy which I wasn’t expecting. I immediately started using it when it came in the mail and it said the battery was half full. I just wanted to try it. I decided to charge it fully before using it again and it said that it was fully charged and when I started to use it on freshly dried hair, the battery was decreasing rather quickly. I have thick, course, curly hair that I always wear straight and it can take me at least an hour to straighten, and sometimes longer as I take breaks. My arm was starting to hurt with just a quarter of my head straight. I also felt like with my current flat iron, My hair would’ve felt straighter than how the Dyson corrale had made it. I am not happy with how this works. I don’t know if it’s better for someone with thinner hair but if so, it should be marketed that way.

It's a super expensive straigthener

It's a very expensive straightener, and it's just okay—not better in performance compared with my other straighteners. The battery life is super short; I can't even use it twice in between charges. When it dies, it won't turn on with the cord; you just need to recharge it fully again. It's heavy. The convenience is that it's cordless. I would return it if I could.

It’s ok

It’s a good straightener, I wish it got a little hotter. It is heavy, I have dropped it a couple of times. I also do not like the beeping it makes when it is sits idle for a few minutes. I walk away from it and it beeps incessantly until it’s turned off or back on again. I’ve had other straighteners that automatically turn off when not used- the beeping is annoying!

Battery

It’s so disappointing that the battery dies so quickly. It’s not worth the price. It also doesn’t straightens the hair well .

Ok but not impressed

I really thought this straightener was going to be fantastic but…….. I’m really not impressed! Of course it’s nice because it’s a Dyson. You can really buy a cheaper one with the same results.
