Brilliant wish I tried earlier

I bought this as I am travelling and didn't want to take a hairdryer and my straightners. I have used it daily at home and now only use my other straightners on occasion. The product felt big to begin with but its not heavy and I got used to it quickly, its easy to use. I am delighted with it and wish I had tried earlier. it leaves my hair smooth, dry and straight. I also bought the case which was costly but want to protect the product when I take it in a case/bag. It reduces the need for separate products so a win sustainabilty wise too.

Not worth it

Is not for African hair or curly hair. Is not making the hair straight just like to drying your hair.

GREAT HAIR TOOL but HORRIBLE POWER PLUG

The AIRSTRAIT is the perfect hair tool. I love it ! I have fine shoulder length hair & this makes drying & styling so easy. I gave a lower star rating because of the big power plug. It is unsuited to a normal bathroom unless your power point is high on the wall with nothing under it. Most power points are over the vanity or close to skirting board & will not be suitable for the large size of the power plug. I think that the power plug could be shown in a photo lying next to the Airstrait in the advert to make it obvious just how big it is. Dimensions could also be shown in photos of the Airstrait and Plug so customers I don't have to search for them in description. I have other Dyson appliances and love them all but this power plug is a real nuisance.

I was very happy initially as it does what it says, but after 5months of use, result is not that as expected.entire process take more time and make hair dry after use, which was not there initially.
