Pretty cool tech

Works really well, only criticism is the dust catcher is small and despite mapping, still gets stuck on occasion in areas it shouldn’t be, otherwise works great!

Mapping is an issue. I will need to remap my house because the feed back from the bot is that it cannot clean certain areas without explanation as to why. I am not a happy customer at this point.

The machine does not sweep the area completely and it does not return to the dock, have to manually return it to charge

The Best

I bought the 360 Vis Nav about a month ago to replace my Roomba s9. I’m so glad I did. Three German Shepherds with a mix of both hard floors and carpet, the 360 Vis Nav is amazing. This has to be the best robot in terms of navigation and cleaning performance. The proof is in the results.

Worth it

Love this vacuum. It may not get all the cat hair off the black area rug, but it does an awesome job on the hardwood & the rest of the carpet. One of the best investments I ever made.

Not as good as others companies robots

I do not have a good experience with 2 identical robots cleaners. It did not pick up even visible rubbish, it gets stuck and confused.

Navigation is good but not great. It frequently immediately returns to the docking station after being given a command. If I pick it up and place it in the proper zone, it finishes the task.
