After a successful mapping it worked for two days then kept on receiving lift errors. Extremely disappointed with the product and lack of support. Lifelong dyson customer no more!

I've had it for 1 month, I like it despite some mapping problems, which seems to have been resolved after the last update of December 2024. Very fast and much quieter than my 360 heuvis. Easy to clean and exemplary autonomy when the lighting is adequate.

Painful to clean the sensors
I bought the Dyson 360 12 mths ago. It’s just me & my short haired dog, I’ve had many robots, Roomba over he last 15 years and thought the Dyson, for the price would be amazing. Yes it vacuums well, no it doesn’t provide you with ease or less stress. I’ve had the machine replaced once already, the machine drop sensors is always needing to be cleaned (?) I’m not sure why, I am a clean person, faux wood / vinyl plank floors, I clean the sensors with the best piece of wallet I can find, scrunched up lint free clean cloth, ear buds as Mr Dyson didn’t include a tool for this and it’s a laborious pain to constantly stop and clean every tiny little sensor. Many times I put on the dock again and it alerts sensor clean again, tedious, as I say not user friendly. Typically I turn the machine off, unplug, restart and try and clear the notification. Also in the middle of he night the robot may decide to clean or map itself again for some unknown reason, it bewilders me why it needs to map the entire house again when every things stil in the same place. This is a noisy process and it puts the machine lights on. Would I spend this much on another Dyson? I don’t know. I do know ive given much feedback and still no tool provided. Mr Dyson, I love my barrel vacuum, its over 14 years old and works well, please let me say the same about the 360 ..

Dosnt live up to the hype
Have to clean the sensor every time. Navigation is hit and miss. The edge cleaning is useless.

Had it about 6Months now and to be honest we are really disappointed. Dyson is going down hill with its newer items.

Best product ever
I love my robot vacuum cleaner I named it Julio it is very good I should have got one sooner it took me while to get the furniture placemen5 so it could work around it I occasionally use my stick to get where the furniture placement restricts the movement
