Robot will not function at all without first mapping, Mapping is not thourough. Robot often 90% of the time cannot find its way back to the charger.

Good Robot Vacuum with some caveats
It's a good robot vacuum. It actually cleans well and hasn't had any real problems for me. I do hope they continue with software updates for this machine as there are a few things that could be improved. For example, sometimes if there's a lot of dirt on carpet, it will ramp up it's suction (if you are in auto mode) and get around 90% of the dirt in one pass. It'd be neat if the robot could use it's piezo sensor not only to increase suction but also stay in that spot and pass over it again until it gets everything out. Possibly go back and forth over the spot or something like that. The navigation is works well. You do need to get the mapping process done properly or it just won't navigate right. When mapping, it needs a lot of light so it can "see" it's surroundings well. Once you get that done, it works well. Sometimes it does get confused and either return to it's dock, reposition and try again or abandon the clean entirely. It will notify you through the app. Happens rarely but it is something that should be addressed. All in all, this is a well made robotic vacuum cleaner. It cleans very well and has good navigation, coverage, and intelligence. I would recommend this robot vacuum.

The operation of the unit is inconsistent. When we had the power supply replaced i thought our problem solved We however still occasionally have operating errors andhve to turn off and restart.

Waste of money
Terrible product. Got error message after error. Did pick up very well especially on the edges. Customer was awful

Looked great, vacuumed twice, couldn't dock.
I had to exchange the robot because it could not dock. I shipped it back and now have to wait 15 business days to get a replacement. I would love to be able to actually use this very expensive robot...

It's cleans, but...
It's been running for a month, and I have the same problems as my last robo vac...the hide and seek. This unit doesn't have a sound function that I could find to find where the vac was. Also, it gets stuck on my A/C floor registers. At this point, even the avoid on mapping/zoning is not reliable enough to stop the vac from getting stuck. For the price, I was hopping for a better solution.

Not worth the price
Great vacuum/cleaner. Horrible smart/robo vacuum. I think in all of his cleans he has made it back to base twice.

General cleaning back up
