Good robot vacuum but needed a lot of improvement.
The vacuum function is good. Design is good. However it didn't work properly. Needed human intervention almost 50% of the time. The robot software needed a lot of fixes. Looking forward for firmware upgrade.

NOT PLEASED
We are not pleased with our new Dyson. It doesn't have cameras, so it gets stuck under furniture and we have to go look for it. We do like that it is bagless.

Robot vacuum works OK but can't dock itself.
Robot vacuum is mediocre and frustrating. I've had the Dyson Vis Nav for about 3 weeks, and it hasn't been able to successfully return to the dock once. That's frustrating because I feel like I have to run the vac while I'm home so I can return it to the doc afterwards; so I can't avoid the noise or schedule it to go on it's own without being worried about it. It usually winds up near the doc, but never on it. Sometimes it "gives up" and waits, but often it seems to simply crawl around looking for it. It also means I can't set it to clean the whole floor because it will run out of charge and can't mind itself. Ugh. Debating returning it. Going through online help articles are useless (the dock is set up correctly) and many people have similar complaints. Suction is good. It generally cleans up after our cats (who leave small particles of litter around) and the vac gets their shed fur without problem. Mapping is OK though not totally precise which means boundaries and "restricted" zones don't work as well as they could. Dust bin is small so I feel I have to empty it after every cleaning.

Great Features!
The Dyson Robot is so efficient - from the initial mapping of the house to the actual suction of dust. It cleans the floors so well. We have a dog and a cat and buying the Dyson Robot was the best decision!

Worth it for me! No issues since software updates
I got this a month ago. At first I didn’t like it. It was confused and getting stuck on the air vents but then it learned or updated and hasn’t been stuck for about 3 weeks. I also had an issue with it returning home and then I guess the pattern wasn’t put the correct way that it reads to return to its home base. I noticed it when looking at the pictures and I thought I was going crazy! But after it matched the pictures it’s returned home 100% of the time. The suction is superior. I checked with a v15 detect and basically not a crumb left. App is pretty easy to use. I pick what rooms I want it to clean. I came from a roomba that left dog hair and stuff behind. It also didn’t self empty half the time so I don’t think it’s too much work to empty it once a week. Plus there isn’t a base to maintain or troubleshoot. I’m also very happy it doesn’t have any bags, filters, or brushes that I need to replace every few months or sooner. The filter is washable. Similar spiny brush as my v15 so it’s pretty high quality. I had read some bad reviews before buying so I thought a lot before making the purchase and decided to go for it after watching some YouTube videos saying since the new updates it’s been great. Pretty low maintenance. My mom ended up ordering it as well and also loves hers and doesn’t have issues. It honestly saves me a lot of time. Sometimes it has issues and goes home early (rare) but I rarely babysit it. It also doesn’t bang or hit furniture or the walls so that’s nice. I like that it has a 3 year warranty as well. I mean it’s not 100% perfect but I’m happy I no longer have to vacuum because it does such a good job. With the roomba I still had to 2-3x a week because I have animals. I would say this could 100% be a vacuum replacement. Obviously I would still recommend having a vacuum though. Again I’m really happy I don’t have to buy replacement filters, brushes, or bags.

I used it for a week. I tried to give it a solid try but it just didn’t perform like i expected from my other Dyson products.

Disappointing Machine
The Dyson 360 Vis Nav is the 3rd robot vacuum I have owned. I do like that the vacuum has a full sized brush, however, more bristles rather than the carbon fiber mat on the roller would probably work better, The vacuum cleans hard floors well and doesn't do a great job on carpet. I have 2 dogs and I'm amazed at how little hair the robot will pick up unless I clean the same room twice or more. The mapping capability of the robot is good, although the zoning and restriction portion of this could be much better if one could draw single lines rather than being forced to use a square or rectangle. It would also be nice if the map could be enlarged as it is difficult to get the zone lines in the right place. My biggest issue with the robot is that it powers down in the middle of a run for no reason. The vacuum is not one that you can expect to do a cleaning of your whole house without being present, as more than likely, it will power down and have cleaned only a small area. So constant baby-sitting is a necessity. I have one room in my house that it has yet to clean without the robot being started from scratch 3 times. I have watched video after video trying to understand the issues with this robot and have extended my vocabulary in cussing it's inadequacies. I realize there is a lot of technology in this machine, but it's performance is definitely not worth the price.

A little disappointing
I bought a while back and am using it on a routine basis, however I've found that after multiple attempts at remapping my house it still never quite accurately covers all the areas. I also find that the vacuum tends to require a lot of maintenance in order to function optimally, such as clearing objects that aren't obstructing the airways. I would also like the ability to set up more zones, and or to check the exact charge levels as a percentage using the app
