this scent is really unique, i have smelled so many rose perfumes, but this one is really amazing and i never smelled anything similar before. good if you don't want too strong flower smell and really fresh for summer and spring. long lasting as well.

fun, but brief
Fresh, light lemon, sea air and the softest kiss of a new rose - the opening is very enticing. A coastal scent that for once does not smell like every other 'sport' or marine flanker out with their calone overdoses. This becomes more rosey and even a touch soapy, but never loses that sea-air freshness and the rose is never heady or overpowering. After about an hour, the rose has died down, leaving woody notes with still that tinge of salty air after, and that was the end of the excitement. After another hour or so, that too disappeared. While the first hour was fun while it lasted, the brevity of this rules out purchase, at niche fragrance prices I expect far better performance. Apart from I Don't Know What (which for me was more 'je ne sais pourquoi'), I'm finding the DS Durga scents in their Greatest Hits vol I sample set to be more interesting than the likes of Byredo etc, but I do wonder if they are all this short-lived.

The notes on this product are a unique combination and remind one of the ocean, flowers and all good things good about life. However the scent wears off fairly easily so needs reapplication which one would hope would not be the case with a product at this price point.

I was very disappointed to discover this was an oil roll on perfume instead of a spray. I like to spray my clothes and hair rather than my skin, which you can’t do with a roll on. I can barely smell the fragrance - I can catch a little bit of rose and citrus but then it fades to nothing. I don’t know if a spray version would be stronger but I’m not going to risk a repurchase.

It is so aquatic and has the quality of luscious citrus and rose without actually smelling like either.Bright, fresh rose opening that quickly wore off. It doesn't last but there are whiffs and hints of something fresh and clean and slightly rose-y. I like to spray this in my hair. A good bedtime, post-shower sprayer.

Love
I really rate this perfume for DS and Durga - mainly for the fact that it stays on all day no matter what I’m doing and is still smelling fresh and rosy by the evening, even with one or two applications. The scent is lovely, recognisable high quality rose smell. I bought it as a roller ball which is pretty pricy but I do deem it worth the money.

Lovely, but I love Rose scents
I love anything Rose scented and this one doesn't disappoint, it's a difficult scent to describe as it's unique, I think, obviously the first note is the Rose but it has a lemon sherbet hint to it too and then after a while definitely the aqua hint kicks in, would be a lovely summer scent.

My winter perfume
I love the aquatic, breezy fragrance with the bonus of rose. Smells exactly as described. Bright, fresh and deep at the same time. If you like Narciso Rodriguez, you will like this. Only gripe is that it wears off quite quickly. Otherwise, a strong signature scent.
