Dissatisfied
I’m really disappointed with the packaging. The bag arrived just placed in a box without any protective wrapping, bag was already removed from its plastic cover, which made it feel less like a new item. (Picture attached) For a store like Bloomingdale’s, I expected better care and presentation.
Love this bag
I bought the pearl color which is a warm greyish white (not beige). Lightweight and super cute. Stays on my shoulder well
So gorgeous but the smell does not go away
The shape, quality, and color of the bag are all 10 out of 10. However, as soon as I took it out of the bag, I was hit with an extremely strong, unpleasant odor. I thought that maybe I could air it out so I kept it near a fan for three days. The smell did not budge. I then tried baking soda; no dice. Also tried charcoal odor absorbers, and it still smells. I looked online and saw similar reviews that mentioned the smell. Again, it’s a gorgeous bag but I cannot take it out to the public and stink up the air around me. It’s been sitting in my closer since I bought it.
