Cute dress but see through

I bought this 2 weeks ago to wear to work. The material is a little scratchy - but I was ok with it because I liked the silhouette. I go to wear it and the skirt is see through, I did not notice that originally. The dress has no lining. Unfortunately I got it hemmed because I am short so I can’t return it and will need to buy a liner.

not flattering

fabric feels rough, see-through and cheap, belt sits way above waist. Very unflattering. Going back.

Disappointed because medium to large usually fits me in Donna Karen clothes of all types . This large dress was skin tight
