Most uncomfortable shoe ever

Have purchased many shoes over the years & mostly satisfied with my purchases. Bought this & took it with me on a tour vacation. They were so uncomfortable & was digging into my heels & my big toe. It is past the return & besides i did wear them to break them in but to no avail. These sandals are uncomfortable & unwearable.

straps too loose

I usually love Donald Pliner shoes and sandals and am so disappointed in this sandal since it's a perfect height and great look but the straps are huge and loose, and there's no way to hug your foot as the back velcro isn't well designed to tighten around the foot.
