Poor Quality Sole separation

In less than 5 months of occasional wear (less than 15 times), the sole separated from the footbed. Bloomingdales will not address this nor offer more than a 10% coupon. Pliner Shoes will not address this - "it's a Bloomindales issue to handle". I've worn Pliner shoes for over 20 years and have many pairs of these shoes - be aware of the lowering quality of their shoes and materials, compounded by the surprising poor and disappointing customer service !!
