    Fresh-picked blackcurrants, some still with leaves and stems, mingle lovingly with lively accents of rose. Baies has the fruitiness of a basket of cool, tangy blackcurrants with a few hand-picked roses scattered throughout. Juicy ripeness mixes with greens and florals for an utterly fresh composition.

    The result of exceptional craftsmanship, the art of perfumery meets candle-making expertise. Each candle is made from a blend of several types of wax and a high-quality fragrance concentrate, as well as a selection of a wick that guarantee perfect scent diffusion and combustion. Meticulous work carried out in two factories, near Paris and in Provence, by master candle makers. The bohemian neighborhood of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, 1963. The three founders' fascination with nature gave rise to an exceptional herbarium of scents. Flowers, fruits, trees, herbs and spices make up this living collection.

  • How To Use It

    Prepare your space
    - Place your candle on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
    - Protect delicate materials such as wood or marble with a stand or tray.
    - We recommend lighting your candle with a match to avoid any risk of burning yourself.
    - During the first burn, make sure to let the candle burn until a uniform pool of melted wax has formed (about 4 hours depending on the scent). This prevents the wax from tunneling and allows the wick to absorb the wax properly, ensuring an even burn thereafter. Wicks may produce a small amount of smoke when first lit.

    While burning
    - Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time after the first burn.
    - Never leave a burning candle unattended.
    - Do not move a burning or unlit hot candle.
    - Keep it away from draft.
    - Leave at least 10 cm (4 inches) between two candles.

    After each use
    - Snuff out the flame: use a snuffer to avoid splashing hot wax.
    - Re-center the wick once the candle is out.
    - Before relighting your candle, use a wick trimmer to trim the wick (ideal length: 3 to 5 mm) to avoid risk of fire.

A Classic

This is one of those candles I always come back to. It smells fresh, slightly fruity, and a bit green all at once, which makes it feel clean but still interesting. It’s strong enough to fill a room without being overpowering. It just makes the space feel more put together, and I feel like it works all year round, not just in one season.

Christmas treat

I bought this to myself from myself for Christmas. This is my favourite scent and I love the throw of this candle I wanted the bigger one but couldn’t justify!! I love it and wish it was included in discount days but it never is. It burns perfectly and I try to only keep it lit for about 3-4 hours to save but honestly I go through it in a week but it’s my treat. A lot of my family think I’m made burning that amount of money but to Me it’s worth it xx

Best candle ever

This is very expensive, but the smell last forever and you only need to burn it for a short amount of time for the scent to fill the room for a few hours. This candle usually lasts me a year and then after it’s finished, I clean it out and use it as a plant pot. Looks stunning

LOVE IT!!!

I’m a huge fan of Diptyque and this does not disappoint. The vessel is stunning and will be repurposed once I’ve finally burning the candle which will take many hours.. this is probably my favourite scent from the Diptyque range and I’m delighted that I treated myself to it. I would highly recommend. Look stunning in any room.
