received damaged
received it damaged. the bag isn’t properly secured in an appropriate packaging. seems like other people has this issue as well. I ended up buying it from the original website and they had amazing, secure packaging.
Promised gift card with purchase was a scam
I purchased this bag during the promotional gift card period and did jot receive the promotional gift card. checked the fine print 3 times before I placed the order to make sure I’m within the correct time period and still did not receive the gift card

Super cute, very versatile, roomier than it looks! Only reason not a 5 is because some of the details are a little sloppy for the price I expected a little more care and attention to detail.

Arrived damaged
I didn't listen to the other reviews stating that the bag arrives damaged due to poor packaging, but they were correct. The bag arrived with multiple dents, scratches, and various imperfections. I reached out to customer service who offered a measly $25 store credit, which I declined and opted for a full return/refund. If you want a DeMellier bag, buy directly from the brand. Bloomingdales shipped the bag to me in a box with no protection, so it was bouncing around the box in transit. It also didn't arrive in a dust bag but an opened plastic bag. Very strange experience.
item damaged & poor shipping
once again, Bloomingdales poorly ships its products. The bag came in a regular plastic shipping bag in my mailbox. Bag was bent with bent marks all over it. Had they shipped it in an actual box, it wouldn’t have been damaged. Itony is a used a courtesy coupon because a wrong item was shipped to me in my last order too.
