Poor Quality

Just received this bag in black with white stitching, and I am in disbelief of the poor quality of this bag. The stitching is horrible. This was going to be a gift for a friend. No way I am gifting this to anyone at that price.

Silent luxury work bag

I was looking for a new work tote and fell in love with the DeMellier London Midi Tokyo Leather Tote. I wanted it in black but it wasn't available on the website. I carry my 13 in laptop and although the straps are on the thinner side, they hold up. I love the gold hardware.
