Good and Bad

First, I really like the bag. Pending my cousins inspection of the bag I will be keeping it. However, the bag was delivered, smashed into a box in a plastic bag, and no dust cover. It was so smashed at the handles were bent. I think they may be able to recover. In the same order, I purchased a Ferragamo bag. It came with no tags, no authentication card, no dust bag in a smashed up box. That purchase is going back. Customer Service was very helpful about my concerns. A+ forcustomer service representatives. Plus for packaging and care. Apparently, Bloomingdale’s has been having problems with their high end merchandise being treated very carelessly.
