Beautiful but not big enough
This backpack is so beautiful and a great quality. However i returned it because it doesnt fit as much as my Beis backpacks do. It fits better on my petite frame but i could only get half the stuff i normally fit into my beis into it. I try to travel light with just a carry-on and backpack and wanted a less wide backpack but since i cant pack the amount of stuff im use to i returned it. If it wasnt so expensive id have kept it to use on trips where i check luggage and dont need to fit as much in my backpack but those trips are far and few in between so i couldn't justify keeping it at the price i paid (which was on sale and a fraction of the wholesale price).

Excellent Backpack
This Delsey Chatelet backpack is an excellent quality, stylish and functional. It is a great size with plenty of room. It has heavy duty zippers and a very nice material. The price was very competitive as well.

Elegant but stiff
Elegant appearance, with many convenient storage areas, comfortable shoulder straps. Only gave it 4 stars because material is very stiff, which is not to my liking.

Great Size and Great Organize Options
I LOVE the size of this bag and is perfect for my large carry on. The interior fabric is very soft and there are so many pockets for organization. other reviews are correct that the side pockets are too small for water bottles. I’m not sure what they could be used for. I’m 5’5” and it fits perfectly on my back and it’s too large. I believe this will fit comfortably under the seat of an airplane.

Beautiful bag but side pockets are too small and the straps do not adjust enough for petite women. Sorry to have to return it.

The worst expensive bag I ever bought.
I bought this bag approximately 6 months ago. The first time I used this bag was May 19th, to take to Florida for my granddaughters graduation. When I bought it I was excited to use it 2022. It was the worst bag I have ever bought. The handles on this bag didn't stand up to what I paid for this bag. They came apart on the handle edges & I will send a complaint to Delsey & send pictures to show them how yhis bag stands up to some of the cheaper bags. I hope I get some results & maybe an exchange for this defective bag. I also bought the overnight bag in white & can't wait to use it.
