Well made carry on luggage.

Great carry on. Fits everything I need and holds it well. I gave it 4 stars only because the strap on the inside has no give. It can only go as far as it is manufactured. I would have liked to have a longer strap that can adjust to my needs. The opposite side can adjust the strap and has a zipped cover.

Nice and right size suit case

I bought the international aviation size of Delsey Chatelet Air 2.0 Carry-On Spinner on the official website of the Delsey brand, but it turned out to be too small and expensive. When I found out that macy's also had the same brand, I placed an order immediately. When I received it, it was exactly the size I wanted, and the price was even cheaper. This was my first time shopping on the macy's website and I had a satisfying shopping experience. In the future, I will put Macy's on my shopping list, for example.

A very good looking luggage

I bought a large sized luggage online for my upcoming international trip and picked it up in a local Macy's store the same day. I'm happy with the purchase because it looks great inside and out. There came with two individual bags in the same interior liner color and they are very well made and useful for the packing. The outer layer of the double-zippers are a bit stiff but it's fine as long as you move the zippers around the corners slowly (I guessed that the tightened corners may be for securing their complete closure...). Anyways, it works even better after I applied some zipper Lubricant.
