The machine makes odd notices about 1 in 3 times I’m Making a simple cup and then doesn’t brew. I am also getting warning lights when there is nothing wrong. Seems glitchy to me.

This product stopped working less than two weeks after it arrived. I used it for fewer than 15 cups of coffee and the grinder jammed and because of the way the machine is constructed, it’s not possible to fix.

I love this coffee maker, it makes the best quality of coffee. I enjoy this coffee better than Starbucks

Was excited to have an all in one machine. Definitely not for a household with an early riser as it makes a lot of noise which I guess is expected having a built in grinder. However the machine turns off randomly and runs a clean cycle of system causing the small water reservoir inside machine to fill up after a few cups of coffee needing to be slide out and emptied continuously. That for me is a deal breaker.

Did not dispense proper amount, always less. The grinder wound up breaking off the guard causing damage.

This is the 4th machine that we have had. The first two did not work properly and the 3rd lasted 2 yrs and a few months before quitting. Bout this one after being offered discount an it has not made it a month and is broken down again.

Unfortunately I received this product and was never able to get it to work. We were really excited and have heard great things from friends about the brand but could not get ours running.

An amazing single cup coffee machine!
If you’re looking for a great cup of coffee as a single pour, this is it! This machine is easy to use and, so far, works perfectly. I bought it to make a fresh ground coffee as a single cup option, when I don’t want to make a full French Press. It replaces a Nespresso machine, which gave us the option of a single cup of coffee, but doesn’t touch the quality, taste and versatility of this DeLonghi machine. You do need to empty the steamed water and coffee ground reservoir and pop out the internal filter to clean after 4-5 cups,(so you’re not likely going to use it for a gathering) but it is easy to do so and worth it for the quality of coffee. So far, this is the best coffee maker for high quality, ease and simplicity!
