Damaged product
The product was delivered in a damaged box with scuff marks all over the machine. I returned it immediately
Disappointed
I purchased the Manifica Plus and like the it a lot. Unfortunately within the first 30 days I am experience issues with the machine and cannot get a straight answer or any meaningful action from Delonghi. I am convinced they are making me wait until the 30 days expire so they can service it instead of swapping out my unit. My conversations with Delonghi have been very disappointing with little to no follow through from the company. This is not a good way to start my journey with Delonghi. Very disappointed with my machine and overall experice

Great machine, great coffee
We are enjoying our new machine, maybe too much. We have added decaf beans so we can have more cups throughout the day we out getting too caffinated. The various options for drinks has been fun to try. Our Holiday guests have alos enjoyed exploring the drink options.

Love love love this Machine!!
Makes great coffee drinks. The milk drinks do not disappoint!! I only wish it held more water but not really a big deal! I would recommend this to anyone who loves coffee and the ease of an automatic machine!!

Magnifica Plus
After running 40 or so drinks through I have found that we love the machine and ease of use. You can tweak your own based on how you like. I have found that “coffee” setting just is not strong enough for my liking. I also used a setting for latte and it never pushed the coffee only milk but that has only happened once. If this had not been on sale and we were able to use another coupon, we probably wouldn’t have purchased based on price. But we got a great deal and took the chance. So far, we are happy with this machine and would highly recommend.

Coffee Drinkers Dream
Great machine, will fulfill the majority of people's coffee needs. Worked like a charm, but you need to get used to the cleaning cycles before and after your drink is made.
