Bad experience
I bought it in 2022. The first machine came with some problems and after calling they replaced, which is pretty standard when something is wrong with a machine. Two years later, just after the warranty expired, the new machine presented some problems. We went to an authorized repair service to be fixed and the bad news is this machine is not reparable because the piece the authorized service agent needs is not produced anymore. After two years, we now have a machine headed for recycling, and the company only offered 20% off our next purchase.

Unbelievably bad packaging & used instead of new
I ordered this in store as they didn’t have inventory. received it after 4-6 days. once opened the box, I realized the outer box is much larger than coffee machine box and i during shipment pieces box got damaged. once opened the box, saw black small pieces all over the box. Once opened the coffee machine box, I realized this is a used coffee machine (I bought a brand new supposedly). I could see drips of coffee all over the machine. The brush was stuck between the post pieces of the machine. such a disappointment. Now I have to drive to store and return it.

Well built, easy to use, feels like it will last
Overall this machine is really well built and solid. It is easy to use and operate. A few nitpicks, the catch tray feels cheap compared to everything else. The bean hopper is clear on the sides but I am normally looking down at it so the top should have a window as well.

Great machine!
Good 👍 dependable, too bad the grinder sensor stop working a week after purchase, basically it does not tell me anymore if the grinder is full or empty but I just uncover every now and then and can tell if it need to be refilled or not, the rest perfection!!!
