I was excited to try this new machine and disappointed when I did. The portafilter does not turn smoothly to lock into position. It requires you to apply a significant amount of pressure to the opposite side of the machine to avoid the entire machine spinning with the force. Even with this effort, it still does not fully lock into the position shown in the instruction manual.

Poor results
I bought this on 4.5 wks ago and started having trouble with the expression unit after 2 wks. Worked great for 2 wks and made great cup of expresso. Then something went wrong and the express is horrible,

Do not purchase!
Worst coffe maker ever! Do not waste your money! No where close for repairs and it's only 2 years old! Absolute rip off!

Would not recommend
I purchased the All-in-One Coffee & Espresso Maker expecting it to be a long-lasting, reliable product, but unfortunately, it stopped pumping espresso after just 22 months. We followed all the troubleshooting steps suggested by the company, including replacing the motor, but the problem persisted. For the price, I expected better quality and durability. A machine like this should last far longer than two years, especially with regular maintenance. While it initially made good coffee, its failure to function properly after such a short time is disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for long-term reliability.

Coffee marker works great, the frother not so much
I really like the coffee maker. I am struggling with the milk frothing. I’ve purchased different sizes pitchers to steam the milk in however it’s just not working which was one of the factors in my decision to purchase this particular brand and unit.

I am so disappointed
The machine was a dream for a few months and then all of a sudden the espresso section stopped working. The other part doesn't present a good tasting brew and I have cleaned it as instructed. I am so disappointed
