Can’t get order right

Ordered first set which kept saying it was on the way. Never delivered. Bloomingdale’s sent a replacement order of the three towels and Delilah only sent bath towel and hand towel. No washcloth. Now, I have to return the two towels to Bloomingdale’s and they ordered for the third time the full set of towels.

Towels fall apart

Do not buy. Horrible waste of money. Received them and washed them before using them. Already falling apart. Going to try to return them to Macy’s. Would give zero stars if I could.

Hands Down These are the Best Organic Towels

This is our third set (and also bought the new Drytek towels). We love them and all the Delilah products. Plus, I love how the company was named after their dog.
