Great earring, Disappointed in Bloomingdales

I bought these lovely earnings online, when I got home they are just put into a random black box. There was no sign of a David Yurman pouch in which to keep them nor the cleaning cloth to polish them. I called CS and was told to go back to the store, maybe they could give me something. I should have bought them from the designer directly at the same price.
