David Yurman ring

The David Yurman ring I purchased is truly exquisite. It’s timeless in design and exceptional in quality, just as one would expect from the brand. Sadly, the experience of receiving it was far from the standard I anticipated. I paid extra for gift wrapping, expecting the elegant black box with a bow that reflects the sophistication of the piece. Instead, the ring arrived in a damaged, flimsy cardboard box with a shipping label plastered directly on top. It looked carelessly packaged and completely undermined the luxury of the item. This was especially disappointing since it was intended as a gift. While the ring itself is deserving of the highest praise, Bloomingdale’s fell short in delivering the level of service and presentation one would reasonably expect for a premium purchase. I have called Bloomingdale’s customer service twice and haven’t been able to get through.
