I’d give it a better review if I had the item…

I can’t say the bracelet isn’t good because I still haven’t received it. It was supposed to be here by 12/24. I needed it by 12/26 to gift to someone. I contacted customer service bc it wasn’t moving with tracking who assured me it would be there. I should’ve tried to order another one and overnight it, but I listened to customer service instead. I had to gift my loved one an email stating “eventually” they’d get their gift.
