Had to order a polishing cloth

Disappointed in the fact that I had to order a polishing cloth to make this look like its not a dupe or old and used. How did the staff member who boxed this for in store pick up not see how tarnished it looked? Major improvement once I polished it. But it shouldn't have been necessary. This was purchased as a first time DY gift for someone. I ended up giving them the polishing cloth too for future use. It is very cute for everyday use though
